I set up Man Confidence after I used therapy during my own mental health struggles. As a man, I couldn’t relate to a lot of the apps and types of therapy out there. 

Yoga and meditation wasn’t for me.

Most apps looked like they were made for 20 year old women with all the time in the world. Waiting on the NHS meant waiting several months to be seen. 

I had a busy job and life. I couldn’t sit at a sunny beach and meditate for hours, I needed something that I could relate to.

I saw lots of men in clinic in the same situation, struggling and with nothing relatable available for them. That had to change“.
